So basically this album is a far more demented version of the Charles Manson story. It follows the downfall of two best friends (Adam and Anna) who have extreme home-life issues. The two decide to follow closely behind a seemingly harmless role-model named Benjamin. Through the use of drugs and extreme persuasion, he is able to manipulate the pair, along with a few other kids, into committing malicious and hateful deeds. From cultic ritual to kidnapping, torture to decapitation, it becomes blatantly clear that these kids are willing to do anything to please their leader. I hope you enjoy experiencing this story as much as I enjoyed crafting it. This is The Divine Ruination.
